Most people will say that government can fix the problem with stricter zoning/building codes and more infrastructure investments🚧

The problem is these "solutions" are costly!🫰

This stands in stark contrast to traditional builder/developers who have a perverse incentive to cut corners to save money. ⚠️

That's not to say Morazan's developer is perfect. Sometimes roofs leak or pumps break 💧

But thanks to his incentives- and record- residents are confident that their problems will be quickly fixed 🤝
